Transformation of the traditional Italianate style of the Brooklyn brownstone minutes away from the bustling. Our design reimagines the 3-story brownstone into two spacious duplex units. In the nineties, a small rear addition was added that began to fall into disrepair. Using leftover floor area, we expanded the rear to create two additional bedrooms, a spacious eat-in kitchen and extra large roof terrace while keeping in mind the traditional style of the block. Construction is on-going.
