A feasibility study was done on this existing four story landmarked building. Based on the updated zoning, this building allows for an approximated additional floor area of 684 SF. With lot coverage and other factors of zoning, building code and landmark requirements incorporated, we proposed a rear extension of up to 3 floors with a private terrace access for the third story. This allows the building to have an extra spacious room for 3 floors.
