• Riverside West Development

    A zoning and development feasibility study was done on a lot located along the Riverside West area of New York City. The primary objective was to explore the most efficient and strategic use of allowable floor area on the site. The study focused on evaluating two development scenarios: one adhering to standard zoning regulations and the other incorporating affordable housing incentives, such as those offered through the Inclusionary Housing Program. The proposed envelope presents the client with a clear comparison of potential build-out options for future site development.
