A full gut-renovation of a studio and one-bedroom apartments resulted in a spacious +1,300 square foot, three-bedroom apartment in the heart of the iconic Greenwich Village. The space was thoughtfully curated to offer the full spectrum of coveted amenities including in-unit laundry, bright and airy modern finishes, bedrooms filled with natural light and optimized storage. The unit offers stunning views of the Hudson Yards development. This project was completed in Summer of 2024.
