INDIVIDUAL LANDMARK
This four-story building was designated an individual landmark in 1965. The front facade displays a late federal style, particularly the front entry door surround elements - the intricate wood moulding details, column, fanlight & outer brownstone pilasters. The original wooden double hung windows include ornamental rosettes at each corner of the lintel followed by a simple brownstone sill. Actively being involved with Landmark Preservation Commission, ongoing restoration work is being done at the front facade to preserve this historic building.
