• Columns at The Centurian Building Under Construction

  • The Centurian

Sitting in the heart of Nomad is the landmarked Centurian building featuring Beaux Arts style with the use of steel frame, limestone, brick and terra cotta facing. The original 16-story building included 4 main columns on the west facade, but two center columns were removed over time along with overall deterioration throughout. Working with Landmark Preservation Commission and a professional restoration contractor, we restored the west facade back to its original profile for our client. This project was completed in 2014.
