Feasibility Study: Homeless Facility

49,000 ft2

The development at 435 Euclid Avenue, on the corner of Glenmore Avenue in Brooklyn, is set to be a community facility with a total square footage of just under 50,000. Four apartment layouts were evaluated for their average square footage cost to determine the best and most cost effective arrangement. Plenty of open terrace space was incorporated to maximize all allowable floor area while adhering to building height and setback requirements. Eventually this will become a homeless facility which also houses a culinary school where residents will learn valuable skills.
