110 Greene Street, New York, NY
The SoHo Building is a 165,000 square foot, landmark office building. Along with its sister building, 125 Mercer, 110 Greene was built by Charles “Broadway” Rouse and later the two were joined to make up “the SoHo Building”. The firm was involved in all aspects of renovating and redesigning the interior spaces of this building, including the office spaces, hallways, lobby, storefronts, cafe, and bathrooms. The goal was to reflect the quaint feeling of the surrounding cobblestone historic SoHo neighborhood, while keeping the interiors modern and sleek, and creating space to showcase Mr. Goldman’s extensive art collection.
