Gary H. Silver RA, a registered architect with over twenty years of diverse architectural experience, has established himself as an architect capable of expertly managing all phases of a project from inception through occupancy. Completed projects include commercial, industrial and residential work with both the private and the public sector as clients. Public sector clients include the Department of General Services City of New York, New York City Fire Department, and The New York Public Library. Private sector clients include real estate development firms, attorneys, entrepreneurs, building owners, real estate management firms and banks.

Including architects, construction specialists, and personnel with estimating and financial expertise, Gary H. Silver Architects P.C. frequently practices with of a wide range of governmental agencies including the New York City Department of Buildings, New York City Landmark Preservation Commission, New York City Department of City Planning, New York City Board of Standards and Appeals, and New York State Attorney General's office.
