181 Duane Street—GHS Architects was retained to create a new storefront for the new first floor commercial space incorporating the residential entrance. The work involves the restoration of cast iron piers and metal cornice as well as installing a wood and glass store front infill. The building is located in the Tribeca West Historical District.
