The Bronx Borough Courthouse—GHS Architects is proud to have been selected to restore and rehabilitate the Bronx Borough Courthouse. The 80,000 square feet Beaux-Arts style Government building with French inspired creative details designed by Oscar J. Bluemmer and Michael J. Garvin (1905-1915), will find new life as a Charter School. GHS Architects is charged with coordinating the sensitive rehabilitation with Preservation Agencies as well as the team of consultants.
