6001 Strickland Avenue—(aka
2184 Mill Avenue) is a revitalization project converting
an existing 67,000 square foot manufacturing building located
in the Mill Basin Section of Brooklyn. The project consisted
of the conversion of the building to residential use. The
Lofts at Mill Basin are planned as High-End with the amenities
synonymous with this type of building including 24-hour concierge,
parking, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops.
