72 Poplar Street is a project involving the conversion and expansion of a Historical 4-story, 28,975 square foot Police Precinct Building located in Brooklyn Heights Historic District. The project envisions a roof-top addition of approximately 10,000 square feet as well as construction of four floors above the existing carriage house.
