PROFILE | PORTFOLIO: Residential | Commercial | Preservation | Interiors | On-the-boards | Development | Planning

110 Greene Street is a 150,000 square foot mixed use building in the heart of the SoHo Historical District. On behalf of the developer, Goldman Properties, Gary H. Silver Architects is planning to convert the commercial space on floors 5 thru 13. In addition to residential use, the plan calls for the creation of a restaurant and club at the lower levels and a rooftop recreation space. The 7,000 square foot bi-level design will be the first of its kind in SoHo and will provide tenants with an exciting amenity.
