250 West 85th Street, Penthouse—GHS Architects was retained to create a Penthouse unit by combining two existing units vertically. The newly created Penthouse duplex features 1,250 square feet of Living space as well as 850 square feet of terrace area. The services provided included the design of millwork, interior finishes, and the coordination of all installations.
